TRACY ALBERT

Tracy Albert is a Managing Director and Partner with Deloitte Capital Markets.  Mr. Albert served as the head of the McColl Partners Los Angeles office. McColl Partners was merged into Deloitte. His experience includes advising middle-market companies on strategic alternatives.  His industry experience includes telecommunications, consumer products, and a broad range of industrial businesses. 

Prior to joining McColl and subsequently Deloitte, Mr. Albert was a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey in Los Angeles.  There he formed and managed their Wealth Management Alliances Program, a partnership with the largest wealth management firms in the US.  He also developed and managed Business Forums International, a business-to-business network operating in over 30 domestic markets.  Mr. Albert also co-founded Chelsea Capital Corporation, a middle market investment banking firm that specialized in mergers and acquisitions for privately held companies. Mr. Albert received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Southern California.


CHIP L. BAIRD

Chip Baird is a Partner at Perella Weinberg Partners www.pwpartners.com.  Mr. Baird began his investing career over 15 years ago and has extensive experience across a wide range of industries, having served on the board of directors of numerous portfolio companies

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Baird was a Partner at Weston Presidio, a middle market private equity firm.  Previously, Mr. Baird was a private equity investor with The Beacon Group where he focused on business and industrial services, energy, and general manufacturing companies.  Mr. Baird began his career in the Investment Banking Division at Merrill Lynch, working on mergers and acquisitions, high-yield financings and public equity offerings.

Mr. Baird received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the Pennsylvania State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.


JEFFREY J. HOLLAND

Mr. Holland is a co-founder of Seacoast Capital and opened their San Francisco office in 1989. He is experienced in helping companies work through the multiple issues that come with growth.

Seacoast Capital invests in small growing companies with funding requirements ranging from $2 million to $7 million. If the company's requirements exceed $7 million, Seacoast will call upon strong relationships with other private equity investors for requirements as large as $25 million. www.seacoastcapital.com.  Seacoast invested in Spectral Dynamics and Mr. Holland was a Board Observer.

Mr. Holland received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. In addition to portfolio companies, Mr. Holland is on the boards of the Harvard Business School Association of Northern California and ACG San Francisco.


J. BRYAN KING

J. Bryan King is a Principal with Luther King Capital Management and the Managing Partner of LKCM Capital Group. Mr. King and his team have acquired businesses in a number of industries but made industrial distribution and industrial services a long-term core focus of LKCM Capital Group's efforts. Recent industrial distribution investments include Rawson L.P., a distributor of instrumentation, valve and control products. LKCM Capital Group also executed a public to private transaction of Industrial Distribution Group (IDG)(www.idg-corp.com), a national stocking distributor of industrial MRO supplies. LKCM was a major investor in Golden State Medical Supply.

Luther King Capital Management (www.lkcm.com) is a privately owned investment advisory firm. LKCM has approximately $14.0 Billion of assets under management. Mr. King oversees all their alternative investments.

Bryan King graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University Graduate School of Business. He also is a graduate of Texas Christian University's Ranch Management Program, and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst.


JAMES L. WILDER

Mr. Wilder is a Partner at Housatonic Partners. Since joining Housatonic Partners in 2001, he has focused on investments in leading, growth oriented business services companies across multiple industries, including distribution, healthcare services, financial services, and communications. He has also been actively involved in several of the firm's search fund investments. Previously, Mr. Wilder worked on media and telecommunications transactions while at The Beacon Group (private equity firm) and Lehman Brothers.

Housatonic Partners is a private equity investment firm with over $1 Billion under management. They make equity investments of $5 million to $40 million; however, the firm is able to commit to larger investments in combination with other investment partners. www.housatonicpartners.com.  Housatonic Partners is an investor in Aircraft Fasteners; Mr. Wilder is a member of the Fastener Distributors Holdings Board of Directors.
