TRACY ALBERT

Mr. Albert is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey's Los Angeles office where he provides expertise on business valuations, fairness opinions, mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity capital, and financing leveraged transactions for the firm's middle-market clients.

Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin has been providing merger, acquisition and divesture advisory services to buyers and sellers since 1970. CHIP L. BAIRD

Mr. Baird, a Partner of Weston Presidio, is focused on a wide range of industries. Previously, while at the Beacon Group and J.P. Morgan Chase, his industry experience included technology, energy and general manufacturing companies.

Weston Presidio has provided capital to over 300 companies in a wide range of industries since 1991. They have raised over $3 billion through five investment funds. Investments by Weston Presidio range in size from start-ups to $100 million. www.westonpresidio.com

Mr. Baird earned his B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and he has an M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business.


JEFFREY J. HOLLAND

Mr. Holland is a co-founder of Seacoast Capital and opened their San Francisco office in 1989. He is experienced in helping companies work through the multiple issues that come with growth.

Seacoast Capital invests in small growing companies with funding requirements ranging from $2 million to $7 million. Mr. Holland received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. In addition to portfolio companies, Mr. Holland is on the boards of the Harvard Business School Association of Northern California and ACG San Francisco.


J. BRYAN KING

J. Bryan King is a Principal with Luther King Capital Management and the Managing Partner of LKCM Capital Group. Mr. King and his team have acquired businesses in a number of industries but made industrial distribution and industrial services a long-term core focus of LKCM Capital Group's efforts. Recent industrial distribution investments include Rawson L.P., a distributor of instrumentation, valve and control products. LKCM Capital Group also executed a public to private transaction of Industrial Distribution Group (IDG)(www.idg-corp.com), a national stocking distributor of industrial MRO supplies.

Luther King Capital Management (www.lkcm.com) is a privately owned investment advisory firm. LKCM has approximately $8.0 Billion of assets under management. Mr. King oversees all their alternative investments.

Bryan King graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University Graduate School of Business. He also is a graduate of Texas Christian University's Ranch Management Program, and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst.


JAMES L. WILDER

Mr. Wilder is a Partner at Housatonic Partners. Since joining Housatonic Partners in 2001, he has /focused on investments in media and healthcare services and has been actively involved in several of the firm's search fund investments. Previously, Mr. Wilder worked on wireless services, cable companies, media and telecommunications while at the Beacon Group (private equity firm) and Lehman Brothers.

Housatonic Partners is a private equity investment firm with over $350 million under management.
