TUCKER PARTNERS is a private investment firm. We focus on the acquisition, management and growth of middle market businesses.

Tucker Partners targets established businesses to acquire. Our goal is to provide attractive exit options for owners of privately held businesses and for divestitures of corporate divisions. The Acquisition Criteria section describes our interests, which are focused on specialized distribution companies as well as light manufacturing/processing operations. We can be flexible in our approach, which allows for a fair and tax-efficient value for the seller.

As an Independent Sponsor, we pool our resources with selected institutional investors, which include private equity funds, mezzanine capital and senior lenders to finance its acquisitions. The outside investors are closely aligned with our acquisition criteria, which results in our ability to close each transaction in a timely manner. Please refer to the Advisory Board section.

The Firm's past and present activities are described in the Representative Investments and Principals sections. Our group has acquired and/or managed numerous middle market companies or corporate divisions. Each team member is a chief executive officer or chief operating officer for one of the current businesses. In addition, we have operating partners who will join the team as we expand our portfolio, as well as, we believe that partnering with existing management can benefit all parties in realizing exceptional returns.
